Living for 20 years without the en-suite bathroom completed, it was time to actually have it renovated.
We started from scratch; rough-ins were previously completed so we had minimal demolition to do. We needed to re-route the ducting, added water + gas lines for the washer/dryer, installed in-floor heating, wall-mounted heated towel rack, custom glass shower enclosure and custom vanity, medicine cabinet + wardrobe. We selected large format, white porcelain tile for the floor & walls for a clean, simple aesthetic with marble herringbone tile floor and accent niche in the shower; bright white quartz counter with waterfall ends that contrast nicely with the walnut veneer vanity, medicine cabinet and wardrobe.
The transformation speaks for itself and our client absolutely loves the way their new bathroom reminds them of the boutique hotel, spa bathrooms in Europe. Since they won’t be travelling to there anytime soon, their new space is a great alternative.
